This is the second book in the series. I gobbled this book right up. I loved Evie. She takes nothing from anyone and stands up for herself. She's helping out Damon to see who set him up. With his football career limbo at the moment Evie proves to be a distraction he never counted on. Though for Damon she becomes so much more than he could ever imagine. I loved the banter between Evie and Damon. I like she keeps Damon on his toes. I liked the side Evie brings out in Damon. It shows his caring protective side. That's the guy you're going to swoon for. This book delivers on humor, heart, and heat. Evie and Damon have burn up the pages chemistry. I'm really looking forward to the next book in the series after the tease we get at the end of this one.

This is book 2 in the Dare Nation series and it features Damon and Evie. He needs her. Well, he needs her skills. Later, she ends up needing him and his skills. Any story where a Dare is involved is always sexy. This is a sexy romance with a little mystery. The story line is fantastic with twists and turns that are sure to keep you guessing. As always, the characters are fabulous! I can’t wait for the next book in this wildly sexy series!

Carly Phillips, whose real name is Karen Drogin, was born on July 7, 1965 in New York. She received an undergraduate degree from Brandeis University. She eventually became a lawyer, but never really enjoyed practicing law. After having her first child, she decided she wanted to write a romance novel. Seven years later, she sold her first book, Brazen, to Harlequin Temptation.
